Everton have confirmed they have pulled out of the inaugural Java Cup, which was due to take place in Indonesia later this week. Everton officals are claiming that various assurances were not met by the tournament organisers following Galatasaray's decision to pull out earlier this week. The players were due to play two games in Asia but instead will train back at Finch Farm.
